• Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the courier service.

• Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

• Florence Paige is not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

4. Click & Collect (If Offered)

• Orders selected for pickup will be available during our store’s opening hours.

• You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

• Please bring proof of purchase when collecting your order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right:

• Change of mind: Exchanges or store credit are available within 7 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

• Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on skincare, aromatherapy, food items, or earrings unless faulty.

• Faulty items: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
