Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy – Florence Paige

At Florence Paige, we take pride in offering beautiful, high‑quality products. Every item is carefully checked before it leaves our store. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help in accordance with your rights under New Zealand consumer law.


1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit if:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of purchase

  • You provide proof of purchase

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

Return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item is assessed as faulty, we will provide one of the following:

  • A repair, or

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

All remedies are provided in accordance with the CGA.


3. Earrings & Food Items– Strictly No Returns

For hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits on earrings unless the item is faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All food products, including edible gifts and consumables, are final sale.

For safety and hygiene reasons, food items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

4. Sale & Promotional Items

All sale and promotional items are final sale.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.


5. Proof of Purchase

All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once purchased, your unique gift card code will be emailed to you and is valid for online use only at florencepaige.co.nz. Florence Paige is not responsible for lost or stolen gift card codes. Gift cards do not expire.
